Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to residents, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a long-term and subacute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to physicians and healthcare teams.
• Provide support and supervision to licensed and non-licensed nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Educate residents and their families on healthcare needs and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Prior experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or subacute nursing preferred but not required.
