Job Overview:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of skilled healthcare professionals. The RN will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ progress and communicate any changes to healthcare teams.
• Provide leadership and supervision to licensed and non-licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Educate residents and their families on health management and treatment plans.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current New York State (NYS) RN license in good standing.
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or subacute care is a plus but not required.
