Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for residents while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and progress, reporting any changes to physicians.
• Supervise and support licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, medications, and care plans.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
