Position Title: Project Manager/Site Supervisor
U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) located at McDill AFB, Tampa, Florida has a unique joint staff planning need focused on integrating and synchronizing DoD military activities with United States Government (USG) strategy. These s ervices include developing inputs to strategies, campaign plans, and concepts of operation that ultimately translate strategic and operational objectives into a series of related activities and operations to achieve desired end states in coordination with other DoD components, USG agencies, allies, coalition members and regional partners.
The Project Manager/Site Supervisor (PM/SS) provides senior staff coordination and contractor site lead services. The PM/SS is responsible to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for managing the task order staff in accordance with workload requirements.
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI eligible
Duties and Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate assistance to the Plans Directorate and contract staff with the conduct of day-to-day operations.
• Maintain calendars including daily calendars for key leaders and assist with short- and long-range calendars and other battle rhythm events.
• Contract site lead for the prime contract and coordinates all activities with the COR
• Provide oversight of all contract administrative functions and Tracks contractor effort expended for individual tasks (Task and Resource Management).
• Assists with generation and submittal of contractor travel and Additional Work Effort requests. Maintains local records of travel and Provides travel scheduling, coordination and use of the Defense Travel System (DTS) and roster production.
• Administers and assists in making assignments using the J5-Plans Tasker Management Tool (TMT)
• Assists with daily reporting requirements; monitors/tracks/maintains personnel evaluations; processes (in/out) division personnel.
• Compiles and maintains supply inventory for government purchase card holders
• Assists with personnel and facility security management.
• Assist with maintenance of SharePoint and Organizational File Servers/sites on SIPR and JWICS
• Creates staff clearance validation requests, coordinates with the Special Security Office (SSO) and updates access files for assigned facilities.
• Provides liaison between users and respective help desks

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of military service.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience on Share
• Minimum of 2 years working as a Share Point
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience working with Department of Defense agencies. Prior USCENTCOM experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience using Tasker Management Tools (TMT) and Defense Travel System (DTS).
• TS/SCI eligible clearance.
