As a Team Member - Server at Buffalo Wild Wings, your role is to create an enjoyable dining experience by delivering top-tier service, catering to guest needs, and maintaining an inviting restaurant atmosphere.

Primary Duties Responsibilities:

Team Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly attitude.
• Offer menu insights, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders while ensuring clear communication with kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain efficient service flow during peak hours.
• Stay well-informed about menu items, ingredients, and allergy-related details.
• Support new team members by providing guidance and training on service expectations.

Front of House (FOH) Responsibilities:

• Follow company policies on tip-sharing and employee conduct.
• Set up tables and clean dining areas efficiently between guest visits.
• Ensure FOH areas remain stocked, tidy, and organized throughout shifts.
• Process guest payments while adhering to proper cash-handling procedures.

Guest Interaction Satisfaction:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through professional and friendly engagement.
• Quickly resolve any guest concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Stay informed about promotions, limited-time offers, and loyalty programs.

Operational Quality Compliance:

• Ensure food and beverage presentation meets company quality standards.
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling.
• Maintain cleanliness in all service areas and workstations.

Sales & Business Growth:

• Suggest additional menu items to enhance the guest experience and boost sales.
• Promote restaurant specials and loyalty programs to increase customer engagement.
• Alert management about stock shortages or supply needs.

Communication Teamwork:

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Report guest feedback or operational issues to management as needed.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guest orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain service standards in alignment with Buffalo Wild Wings' brand values.
